I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with the highlight being my room adorned with rose petals, champagne, and a delicious cake. The only downsides were a leaking bathroom drain and a kettle that didn’t work. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a quick walk to the beach and several restaurants. While the amenities are great, there is definitely a need for some renovations to keep things fresh.

However, the rooms left much to be desired as they felt outdated and maintenance is clearly needed. The dining experience was particularly disappointing, with some meals not up to standard. The location is quite nice, right on Ballito Beach and close to a shopping mall, but the rooms I stayed in were not ideal—very hot without air conditioning and in need of an upgrade. My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, mainly due to issues with the rooms and noise from renovations. The location was great, right by the beach and tourist attractions, which was a big plus. However, the musty smell and leaks in the room, combined with noisy construction, really affected my experience.
